  The SPEED Program was created to continue the DEP’s Permit Modernization effort to move further and faster in permit processing and keep Pennsylvania moving at the speed of business. SWEP - Three Rivers welcomes Ramez Ziadeh, Acting Executive Deputy Secretary of PA Department of Environmental Protection, to discuss how permit applicants will be able to use the SPEED process to conduct initial reviews of applications for expedited review by DEP approved qualified contractors for PA DEP Chapters 105 and 102, and Air Quality permits.  Join us to get information on eligible permit types, professional requirements, and procedure updates.
