SWEP is returning to the Laurel Highlands for a Weekend Getaway at Camp Soles!

General Registration is open at full price of $150.00 per person through October 3, 2025.
What’s included?
Your fee includes 2 nights lodging, 4 chef-prepared meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday) served in the camp’s beautiful rustic-lodge-like Dining Hall overlooking Lake Tris. Lodging includes rustic log cabins with bunkbeds, restroom, and shower access. Cabins have heating. Refer to the Camp Map for more info.
Also included are 2 hours of activities hosted by camp certified staff (depending on staff availability and weather). Examples in previous years have included lake activities (fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and canoeing) and archery as well as hiking, facilitated yoga, arts and crafts, wine tasting, and simply relaxing by the campfire.
More event details including sign-ups for things like lodging preferences, carpooling, shareable food and beverages, special activities, etc. will be distributed to registrants closer to the event date. Until then, read our FAQ document here.
Cancellation Policy – Last day to cancel for a full refund is October 1st. This event will occur regardless of inclement weather. Planned outdoor activities will be moved indoors.
